BLASTING

Our 20m x 7m x 7m blast room provides professional surface preparation using 20/40 garnet abrasive media. We deliver blasting to Australian Standards (AS 1627.4-2005) with Sa 2, Sa 2.5, and Sa 3 classifications, preparing surfaces for optimal coating adhesion and long-term protection.

    Blast and Repaint MV Tramp Workboat

    The MV Tramp is owned by Neumann Contractors and is used as a workboat for Neumann Dredging. It is used as a multi-purpose work version that tows, refuels moves anchors and a transfer vessel for the dredging fleet.

    Self Contained Tower Inspection Winch

    Neumann Industrial Coatings completed all the required abrasive blasting and industrial spray painting for a self contained diesel hydraulic triple winch unit for an American company Tower Inspection, built by Neumann Equipment.

    Neumann Industrial Coatings were engaged by East Coast Maritime (ECM) to paint the winch components for their vessel Pacific Titan, a 26m workboat. The winch is a 40T double drum reverse waterfall anchor handling and towing winch.
