Dulux Quantum 221 - premium quality, high gloss two-pack acrylic polyurethane
A two component acrylic polyurethane finish giving excellent durability and long term recoatability.QUANTUM® 221 is a premium quality, high gloss two-pack acrylic polyurethane. QUANTUM® 221 has been designed for superior weathering and gloss retention even in areas of extreme UV radiation. QUANTUM® 221 is readily recoatable with minimal surface preparation.
QUANTUM® 221 imparts an ultra-premium finish for high demand areas such as commercial facades, awnings, lift doors and frames, joinery in hotels, showrooms and restaurants, and is equally suitable for heavy industrial applications such as factory and farm machinery, earth moving equipment, and structural steel in power generation plants, bulk handling equipment, oil refineries, mining and chemical processes, offshore structures, road and rail infrastructure and exposed pipelines.

Dulux Quantum V90 - ultra-premium quality, high gloss two-pack fluoropolymer topcoat
QUANTUM® V90 is an ultra-premium quality, high gloss two-pack fluoropolymer topcoat that has been designed to deliver superior weathering and gloss retention in areas of extreme UV radiation.
QUANTUM® V90 imparts a premium quality finish for high demand areas such as commercial facades, road and rail infrastructure, retail complexes, high rise offices and apartments. The long exterior durability of QUANTUM® V90 reduces cost for the asset owner by significantly extending the time maintenance is required.
QUANTUM® V90, when fully cured, exhibits excellent graffiti resistance and is ideal for public areas prone to graffiti attack such as sporting facilities, public transport and retail facades.

Dulux Duremax GPE - two-pack, high-performance, general-purpose epoxy
Duremax GPE is a two-pack, high-performance, general-purpose epoxy. Duremax GPE is a high-performance coating for the protection of structures exposed to severe environments such as chemical plants, offshore platforms, refineries, shiploaders, coal wash plants etc.
Intermediate coat for barrier protection against corrosion. Typically used on: chemical plants, coal wash plants, fresh water immersion, saltwater immersion, offshore structures, oil refineries, ship loaders.

Dulux Weathermax HBR - high build recoatable polyurethane coating
WEATHERMAX® HBR has been locally developed for high build roller or brush application. It is a high build recoatable polyurethane coating used over a wide range of suitably primed substrates such as mild steel, galvanised steel, concrete and aluminium.
WEATHERMAX® HBR is a high-performance coating that exhibits excellent gloss and colour retention during extended service periods in severe industrial and marine environments and in extreme UV exposure. WEATHERMAX® HBR provides an effective barrier against graffiti and resists repeated cleaning by most propriety graffiti removal agents.

Dulux Weathermax HBR MIO - polyurethane coating
WEATHERMAX® HBR MIO has been locally developed for high build roller or brush application. It is a high build recoatable polyurethane coating designed to be used over a wide range of suitably primed substrates such as mild steel, galvanised steel, concrete and aluminium. The micaceous iron oxide pigment particles interlock in the film to form a barrier against moisture ingress.
WEATHERMAX® HBR MIO is a high-performance coating that exhibits excellent gloss and colour retention during extended service periods in severe industrial and marine environments and in extreme UV exposure.

Dulux Luxathane HPX - high performance full gloss, two-component acrylic polyurethane
Luxathane HPX is a high-performance full gloss, two-component acrylic polyurethane that is recoatable with minimum surface preparation. It is formulated for use in industrial, chemical and marine environments where excellent gloss and colour retention during extended service periods are required. The smooth, durable, high gloss finish is ideal for steelwork and facades of commercial projects, such as retail complexes and high rise offices and apartments and in areas prone to defacement by spray-can graffiti.
High performance finish coat for aesthetics and protection against weathering and graffiti attack. Generally used as part of a protective coating system in: facade panels, commercial developments, high rise apartments, joinery, rail infrastructure, retail complexes, sporting facilities, tank exteriors, transport.
Dulux Durepon EZP – two-pack epoxy primer
DUREPON® EZP is a two-pack epoxy primer that is enhanced with zinc phosphate pigment for inhibitive corrosion protection on mild steel.
DUREPON® EZP QUICKTURN™ hardener is used where faster overcoat time is required in standard conditions. It also acts as a cold cure hardener for cooler climates, curing down to 5°C (standard hardener limited to above 10°C).
DUREPON® EZP can be overcoated with epoxy, polyurethane or acrylic finishes depending upon the end requirements.
DUREPON® EZP is suitable as a primer for steelwork in for a wide range of applications including commercial construction, manufacturing & chemical plants, power generation and sporting facilities.

Dulux Zincanode 402 - two-pack epoxy zinc rich primer
Zincanode 402 is a two-pack epoxy zinc rich primer formulated for high performance corrosion protection in harsh corrosive environments.
Heavy duty zinc-rich primer for the protection of steel against corrosion in corrosive environments. Generally used as part of a protective coating system in: bridges and infrastructure, bulk handling equipment, chemical plants, commercial developments, coastal structures, exposed pipelines, high rise apartments, mining, offshore structures, oil refineries, power generation plants.

International Marine Coatings
International - Interthane 990 – Polyurethane
A two component, high gloss, polyurethane finish, Interthane 990 provides excellent durability and flexible application. With an over 20 years’ global track record, Interthane 990 is a trusted solution providing extended recoat windows, long term protection and aesthetics retention in new construction and maintenance.
Suitable for use in both new construction and as a maintenance finish which can be used in a wide variety of environments including offshore structures, chemical and petrochemical plants, bridges, pulp and paper mills, and in the power industry.
International - Intergard 251 – Epoxy
A two component epoxy anti-corrosive primer pigmented with zinc phosphate.
For use on properly prepared surfaces in both new construction situations and as an industrial maintenance primer for a wide range of anti-corrosive coatings systems for use in the offshore, petrochemical, chemical, pulp and paper and bridge industries.
The fast drying and handling properties, together with extended overcoatability, make this an excellent primer for factory application prior to full system application on site. Intergard 251 provides good abrasion resistance which minimises mechanical damage in transit between the factory and site.
International – Interfine 979 – Acrylic Polysiloxane
A patented (US 6,281,321 and EP 0 941290), high performance, two component, high solids inorganic hybrid finish which offers compliance to all current VOC legislation, and contains no free isocyanates.
Interfine 979 significantly improves upon the gloss and colour retention exhibited by typical polyurethane finishes as well as offering improvement in gloss and colour retention when compared to 1st generation epoxy modified polysiloxane finishes.
Interfine 979 also displays the same corrosion resistance and has enhanced mechanical properties when compared to traditional epoxy technology.
Interfine 979 is part of International’s premium range of polysiloxane finishes. It is designed to provide excellent long-term colour and gloss retention and provide extended lifetime to first maintenance when utilised as part of a high performance anti-corrosive system. Interfine 979 is intended for use in those market sectors where visual impact is important, and the need for a high standard of cosmetic appearance is required. These include high performance constructions such as bridges, offshore structures and tank farms in addition to general industrial and commercial steelwork where high levels of cosmetic performance are a key requirement.
The dual benefits of corrosion protection & high cosmetic appearance afforded by Interfine 979 mean that as well as exhibiting superior durability, this product also serves as an effective barrier coat similar to a traditional epoxy intermediate, and as such, allows a reduction in the total number of coats required from a multi-coat high performance system – saving application costs, and improving productivity during application.
International – Interplus 1180 – Epoxy
A low VOC, high build, high solids two component multi-purpose epoxy coating. A high perfomance surface tolerant primer finish or intermediate coat with outstanding water, chemical and solvent resistance. Interplus 1180 has fast cure at room temperature and outstanding cure at low temperatures.
A high performance coating providing excellent anti-corrosive protection for both atmospheric and immersion service e.g. offshore oil platforms, shiploaders, coal wash plants, bridges, piping, general structural steel and water containment structures.
For application to a variety of substrates including hand prepared rusty steel, abrasive blast cleaned and hydroblasted steel, concrete and a range of intact, aged coatings.
International – Interzinc 2280 – Inorganic Zinc Rich Silicate
- Part of the Interzinc 22 series of products.
- A two component, rapid recoat, fast curing solvent based inorganic zinc rich ethyl silicate primer.
- Conforms to SSPC Paint 20 Level 2 requirements.
- Available in ASTM D520, Type II zinc dust version as standard
A zinc rich primer suitable for use with a wide range of high-performance systems and topcoats in both maintenance and new construction of bridges, tanks, pipework, offshore structures and
structural steelwork.
Provides excellent corrosion protection for correctly prepared steel substrates, up to temperatures of 540°C (1004°F) when suitably top-coated. Fast drying primer capable of application in a wide range of climatic conditions
International – Interzone 954 – Modified Epoxy
A two component, low VOC, high solids, modified epoxy barrier coat designed to give long term protection in a single coat application. Will continue to cure when immersed in water and has excellent cathodic disbondment resistance.
Primarily designed for use in offshore splashzone maintenance, where its continued cure under immersed conditions makes it ideal for coping with tidal movements and surges. May be applied to reoxidised and slightly damp surfaces. Interzone 954 has also found extensive use in a number of other corrosive environments including pulp and paper plants, chemical plants, jetties and sluice gates.
As part of a non-slip deck system in conjunction with appropriate aggregate.
International - Intertherm 50 – High Temperature Silicone
A single component, high temperature coating, based on a moisture curing silicone binder.
The moisture curing crosslinking mechanism allows multiple coats to be applied without heat curing. Suitable for temperatures up to 540°C (1004°F).
For the protection of steel from corrosion on areas including flare stacks, chimneys, exhausts, vents and pipework, at temperatures up to 540°C (1004°F). Where maximum corrosion protection is required, application should be over a zinc silicate primer (e.g. Interzinc 22).
Jotun Paints and Coatings
Jotun - Barrier - Polyamide Cured Epoxy
This is a two component polyamide cured zinc rich epoxy coating. It is a very high zinc dust containing product. It conforms to the compositional requirements of SSPC paint 20, level 2. It provides very good corrosion protection as part of a complete coating system. To be used as primer in atmospheric environments. Suitable for carbon steel, repair of inorganic zinc silicate coating and damaged galvanised steel substrates. This product complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.
Suitable for structural steel and piping exposed in corrosivity categories up to CX (ISO 12944-2). Recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, mining equipment and general structural steel. Specially designed as a primer for coating systems where extended durability is required.
Jotun – Jotaprime 510 – Polyamide Cured Epoxy
This is a two component polyamide cured epoxy coating. It is a fast drying, abrasion resistant, high solids, high build product. Can be used as an all year newbuilding and repair coating. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel substrates. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.
Exterior and interior areas, including water ballast tanks, crude oil tanks, outside hulls, superstructures, decks and cargo holds. Approved for PSPC cross over testing with a wide range of shop primers.
Jotun – Tank Guard 412 – Solvent Free Polyamide Cured Epoxy
This is a two-component solvent free polyamine cured epoxy coating. It is a general-purpose tank lining with good chemical resistance. Can be used as primer, mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and concrete substrates.
Marine: Can be used as a coating for potable water, grey water and crude oil tanks.
Protective: Recommended as an internal lining for offshore, onshore and buried tanks and pipes. Refer to Protective Product Resistance List. Recommended for offshore environments, including splash zones, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, mining equipment and general structural steel.
Jotun – Jotamastic 90 – Polyamine Cured Epoxy Mastic
This is a two-component polyamine cured epoxy mastic coating. It is a surface tolerant, abrasion resistance, high solids, high build product. This product is tintable in a wide range of colours in Jotun’s Multicolor Industry (MCI) system. Specially designed for areas where optimum surface preparation is not possible or desired.
Provides long lasting protection in environments with high corrosivity. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, concrete and a range of aged coating surfaces. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.
General: Primarily designed for maintenance and repair.
Marine: Outside hulls, exterior and interior areas.
Protective: Recommended for offshore environments, including splash zones, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, mining equipment and general structural steel.
Jotun – Hardtop Pro – Polyurethane
This is a two component chemically curing acrylic polysiloxane coating. It is a high solids product. It has a high gloss finish. It has excellent gloss and colour retention. It has very good mechanical properties and chemical resistance. To be used as topcoat in atmospheric environments. The product is fully recoatable at any stage of curing. It cures down to 0 °C. The product does not contain isocyanates, neither does it generate di-isocyanates during hotwork / welding or fire.
Protective: Recommended for offshore structures, tank farms, refineries, power plants, bridges and buildings. Suitable for a wide range of industrial structures.
Marine: Recommended for topside, deck and superstructure.
Jotun – SeaGuardian – Anti-Fouling
Antifouling SeaGuardian is a tin free selfpolishing antifouling. IMO Anti-fouling System Convention compliant (AFS/CONF/26).
As an antifouling on vessels operating in global service, with drydocking intervals up to 36 months.

Nason Industrial NI-620 Standard 2K Polyurethane Topcoat
NI-610 is a “High Performing” 2 pack (2K) high gloss, isocyanate cured polyurethane topcoat based on Axalta owned technology. The resulting durable coating delivers excellent weathering and anti-corrosion properties (when applied over the recommended primers & Primer surfacers) and is suitable for use where a high performance type of 2K PU coating is required.
